I have migrated Event Espresso to a new server and now I am not able to activate the plugin. I get a server error:500. It is the only plugin causing this problem. When I check the log, I also get messages like this as well:
mmand: cd “/home/bk9442450829653/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/third_party_libs/cssinliner/vendor/symfony/css-selector/Symfony/Component/CssSelector/Parser/Tokenizer”
Error: Directory /home/bk9442450829653/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/third_party_libs/cssinliner/vendor/symfony/css-selector/Symfony/Component/CssSelector/Parser/Tokenizer: no such file or directory

I am hoping you are able to assist with this.

Thank you

Tony

Hi there,

Generally when we see errors similar to this is means there are missing files, likely from when they were moved to the new server.

The first step I would take is to reinstall Event Espresso through the WP Admin.

Dashboard -> Plugins -> De-activate and delete Event Espresso (you will not lose any event data).

Download the latest version from your account page

Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.

Select the .zip you just download, install and activate.

Do you see the same issue then?
