Some months ago I played a bit around with the checkout page for entering discount codes, it seems I messed up and I have no idea how to resolve it.
Could you point me in the right direction?

That is a very good question, to be honest I have no idea, I made a screenshot
of it or you can make a bogus registration to take a look?

Hi there,
I tried looking into one of your events so I could view the above, however it seems your events are not open for registration. Is there an any open events?
Also I noticed you Google Maps are throwing a #expired-key-map-error from google.
Usually this means your API key has expired and you need to generate a new one – https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#expired-key-map-error
