I have tried to debug this, but unsuccessful. The Ticket Notice email, both default and custom, show up in my inbox with messed up formatting. This happens to email sent to comcast and icloud addresses. Stings of code like this: “=0A=0A=0A =0A =0A =0A =0A =0A =0A <= /head>=0A=0A” I can send screen shots. Most frustrating! Can you send screenshot please. Actually, you can make a loom video of the problem you’re experiencing. You can also check the message generated in your EE dashboard, is there any difference? Did you also update the email message? and when was the issue happen? and what was changes done? thanks |

Also, when I sent the email to gmail, for example, it renders fine. I would say it is a comcast or icloud problem BUT why would the Registration Notificaiton work perfectly, using smae comcast email? |

Thanks! The three screen shots sent above. What is most puzzling is the differrnce between two notifications sent to the same address from the same address. One is formatted correctly, one is wrong. And these are the Default Messages, so it can’t be anything I added, I think. I can also send the file of the HTML of the emails, if you tell me how to upload. |

Hello, Is there any chance you can check if the comcast email or icloud if it is inbox or in spam? Most likely unloaded image happen on that reason. there’s also article here. I will also submit this to our tEEm for review and recommendation. thanks |

Thanks, Rio. No, the messages dud not go to Junk. The strangest part is that the notification to the ticket purchaser comes is weird, but the notification to admin does not. And it is the SAME email address for both messages. |

That’s not something we can control. You may try to contact the email provider support and ask why images are broken on their end but working on different email provider, there might be settings needed to do. Do you have web access to those emails can you try accessing those emails? thanks |

At first, i thought a missing HTML could be the problem, but if it did work on other platform, then it is safe to say that the html element is the problem. What did you learn from looking on those email? have you tried accessing theme through web and not through your device app? thanks |

Can you try creating another template, reset that template and send a test email to your comcast. lets see what happen there. thanks |

Rio, I had already reset all the Default Templates. I do have Custom Templates BUT I have not been using those for the testing. But you had a very good idea! I just tried EVERy ONE the default templates that send email to either Registrant, Primary Registrant, or Admin. The ONLY emails that mess up at all are the TICKET NOTICE template ones, both to Primary Registrant and Registrant. I have “set all templates to default” and also checked the “override custom”. So what could be causing only that one template to send messed up emails? |

I did try it on our test site and send it to our icloud email and everything is fine. Do you have stagging site where we can do some test? Have you tried to check if there’s any plugin that caused conflict? you can try to disable other plugin you have and do test email. You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin. You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode: Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode. That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state. thanks |
