1. If there is a Group Booking, then the Biller gets the Registration Pending Payment Mail. Can rest of the attendees get the same as well or we can create two different email formats for Registration Pending Payment?

2. As the admin approves the booking – all of the relevant parties say biller as well as the attendees must get the confirmation mail as well as the ticket. How can all of the attendees receive this registration confirmation mail?

3. Invoice has to be attached with Registration Pending Payment as well as the Booking Confirmation Mails. How to achieve this?

Hi there,

Currently Event Espresso considers the ‘Primary Registrant’ (the first users details entered at the top of the registration form) to be the user handling all payment information.

The Registration Pending Payment email only has the Primary Registrant context available so it can not be sent to all of the registrants. I’m not sure what your mean by ‘two different email formats for Registration Pending Payment’ can you explain further?

You can create custom templates and use different templates for each event but I’m not sure if that’s what you mean.

When the registrations are approved each of the registration should receive the Registration Approved message by default, they will also receive the Ticket Notice with a link to their ticket.

Is this not happening with your tests?

3. Invoice has to be attached with Registration Pending Payment as well as the Booking Confirmation Mails. How to achieve this?

You can not attach the Invoice as a PDF to the emails, but you can include the link within the emails.

For example to include the Invoice link within the Pending Payment email you go to:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message template -> Registration Pending Payment.

Edit the Primary Registrant context.

Then within the ‘Main Content’ area you can use the [INVOICE_LINK] shortcode, like this – http://take.ms/vwy38

You can do the same within the ‘Registration Approved’ email for the Registrant context and each attendee will receive the invoice link.

As a side note, ‘bumpin’ your threads will often have the opposite effect intended as we try to work through the threads based on the last reply date.
