Messages stopped after recent update

Hi,
After a recent update (4.10.3p) all registration emails have stopped. We get the PayPal notifications but we and the customer don’t get ‘Registration Approved’ and the customers don’t get ‘Payment Received’ email. Nothing in Queued or Failed and no error messages. We haven’t changed anything.

Any suggestions please?

Hi,

You could try deactivating then reactivating the plugin. Then go to Event Espresso > Registrations and click the icon to resend messages that didn’t go out.

Also, if reactivating the plugin doesn’t help, you can check to see if scheduled tasks still work on your site by going to Tools > Site Health. A moment after that page loads it will show a message about whether scheduled events are working or not.
