Hi,
today, messages stopped being sent automatically to the ticket buyer as well as registration information to me as the organizer.
Where shall I look?
The web server where my EventEspresso 4 system is running do not use CRON.
Thank you!

Hi Andreas,
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.
You will find the option ‘Generate and send all messages’, what is that currently set to?
If your sever does not allow cron jobs you will need that option set to ‘On same request’.
If you look within the message activity tab, what do you see there?

Hi Tony,
thank you for your quick reply!
I checked and noticed that is was not the appropriate setting as the web server does not have cron jobs.
I think it stopped working when I updated to EE4 v4.9.24 a couple of days ago.
Thank you for the help!
Best regards,
Andreas

Its strange that the setting has changed, I’ve not been able to reproduce that but will do some further digging.
Are you emails all working as expected now?

Yes it is. I can’t say though that it is the cause, but that is the only thing I can recall that has taken place as a change.
Never the less, it seems to be working now again.
Thank you for taking your time to respond Tony!
Best regards,
Andreas
