Messages are visible in ‘queued for sending’ but do not send. Setup with WP Mail SMTP (Brevo) Default message templates setup as they should using shortcodes for To / From etc. I’ve checked cron events as outlined in this article and they appear as below: I’ve still deactivated the EE4 plugin but still no luck, any ideas please? |

Hi there, When you go to Tools -> Cron Events, does it show anything about WP_CRON being disabled on that page? (Usually it shows a message at the top of the page if that’s the case). What does it show in the ‘Next Run’ column for each of the above 3? |

Hi There, The You’ll need to enable MBString on your server to fix the above error: https://www.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php Sometimes all that is needed is to uncomment something like: extension=mbstring Within the PHP.ini file, but that depends if it has already been installed. |

Hi Tony, Thanks for looking into this and sending over the details. I’ll take a look at the installation and feedback. Paul |
