Here is the error message:
The following errors have occurred:
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (support@eventespresso.com) or “from” address (San Damiano Retreat ) is invalid.
We did reply on your Support token request. Encase you missed it, i’m going to repaste it here.
EE doesn’t actually ‘send’ emails from itself, what it does it generate the content, set up the email how it should be and then pass it over to a core function call wp_mail() which does some additional checks and then passes the email over to your server to send emails however the server is set to send them.
Your Messages stop last Aug 6. This because of plugin conflict that also uses smtp. I can see that you have WP Mail SMTP and MailPoet, This could be the issue. Can we do test by deactivating plugins?
Can you also provide the FTP credentials?
I think It is best to communicate on that email channel.
