The video does not show that the dropdown appears to flash for one frame and the drop down does not stay open.
This only occurs on one PC but I am curious what might cause it. Windows 10, All browsers, (Chrome and Firefox both behave this way) Any ideas as to how to fix it?

Hi there,
Hmm, so that’s a strange one.
The first thing that comes to mind on this is password managers or any extensions that try to autofill/manipulate the browser content, do you have any on that particular machine?
If you do, try loading the page without any, same issues?
You can try something like:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/disable-extensions-tempor/lcfdefmogcogicollfebhgjiiakbjdje?hl=en
Which temporarily disables all extensions with a single click and re-enables them again when needed (Note I haven’t used the above, just something I’d seen previously)
