In cases where a user books multiple events, no registration confirmation message is sent because the event author is entered multiple times in the “From” field.
We have used [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]. Now we changed it to [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] and it seems to work. Is it possible, that [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] does not work in this context?
It does not matter if the events are from one or more authors.
