In cases where a user books multiple events, no registration confirmation message is sent because the event author is entered multiple times in the “From” field.

Hi there,

Can you please double-check the Registration Approved message template, under WP Admin > Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates > Registration Approved > Edit Registrant.

Please double-check that the “From *:” field has a correctly formatted shortcode.

We have used [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]. Now we changed it to [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] and it seems to work. Is it possible, that [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] does not work in this context?

Hmm, good question. I’ll do some digging into this.

Events from the same author should work, do each of the events have the same author or unique?

It sounds like above the same author is repeated but just checking.

It does not matter if the events are from one or more authors.
