Hi,
This follows from
ee4.2.5p fixed the [ANSWER_*] shortcode for custom questions, but still does not work for system questions eg. Email, Phone Number, Address 1, Address 2.
Tested on:
wordpress 3.9.1
ee4.2.5p (upgraded via support code)
wordpress 3.9.1
ee4.2.5p (manual update)

That shortcode is for custom questions. You can display the registrant information in the content area by using these shortcodes:
[CO_ADD1]
[CO_ADD2]
[CO_CITY]
[CO_STATE]
[CO_ZIP]
[CO_EMAIL]
[CO_PHONE]
They should go into the main content area: http://cl.ly/image/3t3A2z0F0N2o

Doesn’t that display the company information instead? ie. The information inside General.

That it does yes.
I’ve created a ticket for the developers to investigate this as I can confirm I could not pull the system questions for the attendee either.
I’ve also added a note to update this thread with the findings.

Hi Ng Jia Xiang,
We have now released an update to EE4 (4.2.7.p) which includes some extra shortcodes for system questions.
For use in attendee_list field (called with the [ATTENDEE_LIST] shortcode) :
[PHONE_NUMBER]
[ADDRESS]
[CITY]
[ZIP-PC]
[COUNTRY]
For use in main content for certain contexts (i.e. primary attendee or attendee)
[RECIPIENT_PHONE_NUMBER]
[RECIPIENT_ADDRESS]
[RECIPIENT_CITY]
[RECIPIENT_ZIP_PC]
[RECIPIENT_COUNTRY]
These are all fairly self explanatory although it depends on how you setup your messages as to which one you use. If you encounter any issues just let us know.
