Hi,
Message stucked in queued for generating, and got this error when trying to generate manually:
“Incoming data for the Gateways data handler must have an EE_Transaction object as the value for the first array index. EE_Messages_Gateways_incoming_data – __construct – 51”
It has been 3 days 🙁
Kindly assist. Many thanks.

Hi there,
That error message means EE can’t find the required data on your site for the message to generate.
Was that message triggered during registrations that were throwing errors during check from your other thread?
I’m assuming it doesn’t show what the message type is, just that a message is queued for generating?

Yes, most of the messages are empty (no recipient, no info). Yes it happened at the time when we had the cache thing.
I think the only option is to delete those broken messages, so new emails will flow again?

Yes, you’ll need to delete those queued emails.
It looks like the problem user faced with the cache caused messages to be incorrectly queued and the required data just isn’t available for EE to generate the emails.
I can’t say for sure as we haven’t narrowed down the other thread yet but either way you’ll need to remove those messages.
