Message revisions not working

Hello,

I recently revised our custom email template for “Registration Received”, our current primary registrants are still receiving the earlier version of the custom email template. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Karli,

We’ll need more information to know how to fix. May I ask can you check to see if the custom email template is selected within the event editor for that particular event?
