Hi there, Please don’t post credentials on the forums, we have a form available to submit them securely if we need them here: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Generally, we require a support token to troubleshoot directly on the site, however, I did log in using the credentials provided to double check the above.
The messages are not sending to ‘no recipient’, they are sitting in the message queue waiting to generate, it shows no recipient because the message hasn’t been generated yet, so EE doesn’t know where it should be going. On your site, install the WP Crontrol plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ Then go to Tools -> Cron events. In that list search for Does it list 3 hooks?
If not, we have a fix for this in the later versions (4.10.8+) of Event Espresso so the first thing I would recommend you do is update to the latest version (currently 4.10.10.p), however, not that when you do update it should fix the above and your site is going to work through all of the waiting messages from January 5th onwards. |

Hi Tony, |

Hi Tony, |
Ok, so now check the message activity table in Event Espresso -> Messages. Do you see messages listed under the ‘Queued for Generating’ and ‘Queued For Sending’ filters? If so, the message system is working through your message queue. Keep checking back to confirm those numbers change and eventually all messages in the queue are sent. |
Hi Tony, Queued For Generating (0) Thanks in advanced. |
The queue runs a trigger every 5 minutes (but as it uses WP_CRON to do that it needs hits on your site) so it works in batches of 50 every 5 mins. You can process more if you want, but careful not to hit any email limits you may have (X per minute, hour, day etc). Click on ‘Queued For Sending’ and it will list all of the queued for sending. Click the checkbox to select all of the next batch and then in the dropdown select ‘Send now’, then apply. |
Done! Thanks for your support, Tony! |
You’re most welcome. Any further issues just let us know. |
