Merchant receipts in Authorize not receiving itemized information on Events.

So I’m not sure this is something that is controlled on our EE end, but apparently event details are not getting sent to Authorize? Any idea how that can modified? Simply the name of the event would be helpful. Right not all they are seeing is the date & cost.

Which specific Auth.net payment method are you using?

Authorize AIM? Is that what you mean?

Hi Shelly,

Apologies for the delay, took a little for me to get access to our Auth.net account to confirm this.

However, on testing I do get details of the event sent over to Auth.net, can you add a screenshot highlight the section you are viewing please?
