MER set up – no cart page? no add to cart button

I have had real difficulty after purchasing the MER add-on. We have multiple events set up with multiple price options on each event. And we need registration information for each event.

I have searched support documentation and forums for hours and have not been able to solve my problem.

  1. I need to understand where the cart page is – when I have been able to see the add to cart link, it doesn’t take me to a cart page.
  2. Is there a document that describes clearly how the plug in works – I have not been able to find one. Desired click path would be 1. Event page, select a price enter question answers and move to registration confirmation page. 2. from registration confirmation page, have the choice to check out or add to cart and continue.

So where do they find the cart when they want to return to it to complete the payments?

I am also getting a Choose a different payment option link and external link image in the Invoice payment section that I need to remove and haven’t been able to find where it is.

I upgraded last night to the latest EE plug in and replaced all my customized templates in my uploads/espresso folder thinking that would resolve any errors I had made in customization.

Any assistance or directions to clearer support material would be greatly appreciated.

Site is KCFAA.org/Tickets with link to event pages contained on that page.

Hi there,

It looks like your site is throwing a 500 internal server error when I try to view the page you linked to. This might be a case where the memory allocated to WordPress is running low.

It may be possible to increase the memory amount by editing the wp-config.php file:

Josh, this site is hosted on godaddy on a shared server and that server has had issues all day. I have added the memory definition to the wp-config file. Can you see it now?

Thank you for any help you can provide!

Terri

Hi Terri,

I am sorry, but the site will not load up for me. Have you been able to get any help from GoDaddy about the site not loading up?
