Hi! This is a slightly challenging issue to explain but here goes.

We’re running camps for our school using EE. After reading all the documentation we chose EE with MER but it’s not working the way we envisioned it, likely due to me configuring this wrong. I hope you can help me!

Here’s the main issues:

1. With the way the registration system is configured right now, the registration form is difficult to follow and really confusing when there is more than a single camp with one kid. Each camp (set up as events) requires its own registration form. What I want is for the registration form to capture parent information once, then get kid information (per kid). Right now the form makes the buyer list each kid per camp and people are just closing out and abandoning the process.

2. Families can chose pre-,post and lunch “bridge” care outside of the normal camps. I originally set this up with 5 tickets available (most families have a max of 3 kids) but when I did that, families trying to register for all 11 weeks of camps get a message they can only do 5. I upped that limit to 20 which seems to have fixed this, but that seems…odd. Maybe I configured the tickets wrong?

If we’ve got time, maybe you can also help me figure out how to re-direct people so that they’re always returned to that URL instead of gses.org/events/.
