We are wanting to add a membership club.
Maybe have them pay a monthly fee and get discounts plus free events as a reward for paying monthly.
1) What membership plugin would work best for something like this
2) what addons from EE would I need with it
Exact function:
They buy membership, for lets say 19.99 a month. They get one free event each month and it can’t roll over.
They also get discounts.
So would I need specific events just for members? Or would I provide them a promo code that is differnt each month that they can see after they login and then be able to use the coupon on any event ( not just member specific event).
Please anyone who reads this, I am very interested in knowing how to do this with EE.

Hi Jarred,
You might check out Restrict Content pro, it’s a very nice membership plugin for WordPress that can be set up to manage monthly membership renewals.
With regards to offering one free event each month and it can’t roll over, you could use the EE4 promotions add-on to set up a one-time-use promo code (good for 100% off the price) that expires at the end of the month.
The information about upcoming promo codes could be published on a members only page of your site (restricted by the Restrict Content plugin).
