Member's Price not being displayed

EE Version 3.1.26.P
EE Members Addon Version 1.9.4

As a logged in member, the members price is correctly displayed on the event registration form page, but reverts back to the standard price on the following confirmation page.

I verified that both a member’s price and standard price were added to the event creation page.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Micheal

Weirdly I am getting similar but different results, where the event list price is wrong but everything else is correct.

I will raise a ticket with the developers to look into this one.

Hi Dean

Has there been any movement on this issue?
I just installed the update 3.1.27. but the issue still exists.
I login as a member — members price shown in event details — non-member price displayed in the following confirmation page.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the update. The ticket is in place with a high priority mark though I can’t give a timeline on it being fixed.

Hi Michael,

Can you provide a few details about your installation so we can investigate further?

Which add-ons do you have installed right now, and which version numbers are they?

Also, are there any template files in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates?

The payment_page.php and confirmation_page.php templates will need to be updated if they were copied/moved from an older version of Event Espresso. Since you’re reporting issues with the confirmation page, I’d start with the confirmation_page.php template. What you can do is compare the versions in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates to the versions that are in the updated core plugin. We recommend using the Diffmerge application for comparing two files.

You can test out whether it’s an issue with templates by renaming /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates to something like /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templatesOLD and the templates that are included with the current version of Event Espresso will load instead of the moved ones.

Dean, I only see version 1.94 on my EE website account page. How can I gain access to 1.95?

Hi Michael,

Sorry that was a typo on my part, 1.9.4 is the latest version.
