Members managing ticket information?

If a person buys a ticket of some sort, is it possible for them to login and change any of the questions they may have answered if they need to? I am asking because I sell tickets for teams of 7 people. I need them to enter the names of people on their team and sometimes they need to make a change to their rsoter before the tournament starts. I hope this is possible or maybe you can give me some suggestions.

Hi,

There is a message tag [RECIPIENT_EDIT_REGISTRATION_LINK] that can be added to the Main Content of the message (eg the Registration Approved message), that will allow users to click and edit their details.

What about if they leave the site after purchase and they need to come back and make changes? Is there a way to do this.

Hi,

The message tag will allow that, they can visit that link at any time.

Where would I add that shortcode to make this happen?

Hi Jasen,

You can add that shortcode within the ‘Main Content’ of the message types Registration Approved and Registration Pending Payment.

Be sure to add that shortcode to the Registrant/Primary Registrant ‘contexts‘ and not the Event Admin – http://take.ms/p4kKK
