Members can register non-members conundrum

Using 3.1.27.1.P, member add on 1.9.4, multi event Version 1.0.4

When members are logged in they see the member price. This is great. However, if they select multiple tickets (say they are buying 3 for non-members) all of the tickets are at the member price. I created an additional ticket type (added another price) and this also comes up as the member price.

I assume I could just take off the group registration feature but this is not ideal as it would be great if members can purchase tickets for non-members.

Can you guys think of a way to solve this conundrum? I don’t want to have to ask members to log out to buy non-members tickets. I can’t think of a way around this.

ANy advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you’re looking for a way to only give the member a discount for only one ticket, a simple solution would be to give logged in members a special coupon code for a fixed dollar amount. This way the tickets they purchase for non-members will be charged at a non-member price.

There are WP plugins that let you grant access to specific content to logged in visitors of the site in order to get those coupon codes out to them.
