Member Record showing blank screen (Group Registration)

When trying to edit attendee information in any of our active events, records that are part of a group registration show only a blank screen.

Many of our customers use this function to register multiple people from the same company in one transaction.

Please advise.

I would first rule out any plugin conflicts by temporarily deactivating any non Event Espresso plugins. Ruling out a theme conflict would be advised too. The theme test drive plugin has a feature that lets you switch themes for the admin without affecting the front-end of the site.

If it’s a completely blank white screen, your installation may be running low on memory. See this guide for more info:
