We recently enabled the members add-on in EE3, and now I’m noticing that all of the question answers are no longer present in the wp_events_answer table like they used to be. Is there a data model somewhere that will help me better understand where the attendee data (custom questions) is stored when they are registering as a logged-in member? I need to write some custom queries and I’m getting confusing results. Also, the edit attendee screens are missing the data… could this be related?
The answers are stored in wp_events_answer. That doesn’t change if the user is logged in or not, and it doesn’t change if the members add-on in EE3 is activated or not.
May I ask does the site use the current version of EE3 and also was there any customization made related to the registration process? Having an older version and/or customization may be what’s affecting the process where the data is not getting saved as expected.
