Maximum Quantity Not Working

Hi… we have a event set-up with various ticket levels only available to members of a specific level. We set the maximum quantity they can purchase but members have been able to add more to the cart than the maximum and have successfully registered more than the limits per ticket. How can I get this fixed so I can get the Maximum Quantity setting to prevent people from buy more than that number of a ticket?

Figured it out! The multi event registration add on was the issue. It is disabled and everything is working perfectly!
