max_input_vars error

Hello! I’ve encountered the error “The number of inputs on this page has been exceeded. You cannot add anymore items (i.e. tickets, datetimes, custom fields) on this page because of your servers PHP “max_input_vars” setting.”

However, according to JOSH in a previous post, this issue was fixed in the 4.4.9 release.

Nonetheless, I’m still getting the notice. I’m on a dedicated server so please provide instructions on how I can change my settings to allow for multiple tickets.

Hi, the warning will likely appear if there are many ticket options available. Here is one way to increase the max_input_vars:

If the example in the link does not help, then ask your webhost to make the change via the servers php.ini file and that should solve the issue.
