I’m setting up private lessons in my events. I want to sell them as both private (1 person/ticket per datetime) and semi-private (4 people/tickets per datetime) on a first come first serve basis.
So, if someone books semi-private, than it will allow the remaining seats to be sold as semi private (ex. 4 max). If someone buys books private, no other tickets for that datetime will be available (ex max 1).
Event Espresso does not have a way to automate this, but one approach you could take is set the Default Registration Status to Not Approved.
Then, if the first registration to come in is for the private option, you close registrations. If the first registration to come in is for the semi-private option, you close the option for a private lesson, then you set the event’s default registration status to Pending payment.
