Hi,
I checked the page you linked to and there are a number of JavaScript errors in the console. Since the maps are added by JavaScript, the errors may be why no map. Can you try temporarily turning off the JavaScript minification & concatenation (and if applicable, caching) to see if that helps?

It did help to disable the cache though, because there’s a clear error now. If you deactivate the WP Cookie Allow plugin does the map display as expected?
