We’re using a lite version of the EE for WP plug-in. And a lot of the users are not receiving confirmation emails when signing up for an event. What license do I need to purchase in order to get tech support? This is only for one site.
Are there email method/settings anywhere? They probably need to go out as authenticated emails. How does EE send emails? I don’t see any settings.
The emails are sent via the normal WordPress route of phpMail. We have found that some customers have struggled with emails due to their server being set up in certain ways. We recommend in that instance to use either a plugin in such as WP Mail SMTP or a service such as Postmark
