We had an event that sold out and one person on the wait list. We decided to let the wait list person attend so I changed his status to pending payment. Will that person be able to complete his registration, or do I need to adjust the limit to allow one more?

Hi there,
If they were on the waitlist already and you promoted them they should be able to pay without you adjusting the limits and your datetime(s) limit will be ‘oversold’ by 1.
