Manually entering events to My Events list

When I have members who were already entered into an Event (which has already passed) — either manually by me because I received a check or through my trial version of Event Espresso Lite — I would like to now display that Event in the list (My Events) for that member. But when I add the User, it does not seem to connect them up and find the event which they were signed up for and put it into the list. Is there a way to manually put the event on their Event list? Or cue it to connect with their profile somehow?

At this time, it’s not possible to add a member to an event manually. What you can do is temporarily fiddle with the registration dates (extending the registration end date so it’s still active) then log in as that user (using a plugin like User Switching), and register for the event. This is something we are planning on making happen in the future, but probably not until after 3.2.
