I have just transitioned from Event Espresso 3 to 4 and have come across one massive problem.
In the previous version, I was able to open a participant’s registration from and change the cost manually – which was extremely handy when I was providing one-off discounts.
I cannot seem to find that functionality in Espresso 4. I even tried applying a discount code to apply to an individual, and even that didn’t work.
Amy I missing something?

Hi Rod,
EE4 doesn’t allow you to modify the price on a specific registration in the same way you could with EE3.
However, applying a promotion to the transaction should work to reduce the amount.
When you say its not working can you add some details on what is happening, please?
