Manually change ticket qty

I have a client who registered for two tickets, abandoned the cart, and then sent the fee via venmo for one ticket. How do I manually change her ticket qty? I’ve been hunting around for an hour trying to figure this out. Also, is there a way to add a Venmo payment option?

Hi,

There will be two registrations listed for that transaction in Event Espresso > Registrations. One will be labeled 1 of 2, and the other 2 of 2. You can cancel the 2 of 2 registration by using the bulk actions at the top or bottom of the list table.

is there a way to add a Venmo payment option?

Venmo is included with the PayPal Checkout + Smart buttons add-on. https://eventespresso.com/product/eea-paypal-smart-buttons/
You have access to that add-on with the Everything license.
