Manually adding registration to a full event

I am struggling with how to add a new adding a new registrant manually into an event that is already full.

Hi Eric,

You can add a new registrant to a sold out event by editing the datetime reg limit and if need be, the ticket quantity so its capacity allows one more. Once the capacity is raised, you can add that new registrant.
