I have a personal license for Event Espresso and I’m trying to figure out a way to manually add an attendee’s registration information. I see there’s a download available (can’t remember where I saw it) but it wants me to pay for personal, business, etc., license first. Does this feature not come with personal? If it does where do I get it so I can install it.

Hi, this is possible in EE4 and here is how to do that.

Login to your WordPress admin. Then go to Event Espresso –> Events. Now hover over the name of an event and click on registrations.

On the next page you’ll see the registrations screen for only this event. At the top of that page, there is a Add New Registration button.

You can click the button to add the registrant and optionally send out an email notification.

Hi, I wanted to share an update for members that may see this support post. This feedback applies specifically to the current version of Event Espresso 4 or newer.

Here is a tutorial for creating admin-only tickets (free or reduced pricing tickets that should not be available publicly):

These tickets will be hidden on the front-end and will appear in the WP dashboard for manual registrations.

I am running Event Espresso 4.2.4 Reg (Personal License). I have 2 questions:

1) Where/how do you add the code:
/* Hide tickets that begin with Partners from the front-end ticket selector*/
tr.tckt-slctr-tbl-tr[class*=”ee-ticket-partners”] {display: none;}
to css?

2) When you run/export the .csv report, how do these show up?

Thank you!

Update: There’s actually an add-on that allows for creating admin-only tickets that doesn’t involve any CSS hacks:

https://github.com/chasecmiller/EE4-AdminOnlyTicket

Registrations for admin only tickets will show up in the CSV report just like the other registrations.
