Manual Registration Email

Hi.
Whenever we manually enter a registration, the email confirmation that we get doesn’t have the attendee info listed, the answers to the registration form. It looks like this…

NAME (IT DOES SHOW THEIR NAME)

Registration Code: 75-11-1-cbd7
Tickets:
Admin Only – SIS 2018
Dates/Times:
October 6, 2018 9:00 am – October 6, 2018 3:00 pm
Questions & Answers

Question: First Name
Answer:
Question: Last Name
Answer:
Question: Email Address
Answer:
Question: Address
Answer:
Question: Address2
Answer:
Question: City
Answer:
Question: Country
Answer:
Question: State/Province
Answer:
Question: Zip/Postal Code
Answer:
Question: Phone Number
Answer:
Question: What size shirt would you like?
Answer: Medium

Just wondering if this is a problem and can it be resolved. This is the email that the admins get.
The confirmation email that the attendee gets doesn’t have the information either.

Hi,

Normally the Name and Address fields are not included in the part of the email that show questions and answers. If your email template’s [QUESTION_LIST] section has anything other than what’s shown in the bottom of this screenshot, you’ll remove those.

Then, to add the name and Address information to the email, you could use the shortcodes available in the [ATTENDEE_LIST] section. For example, in this screenshot:

you’ll note the [FNAME] [LNAME],[ADDRESS], and [CITY] shortcodes were added to the [ATTENDEE_LIST] section.
