Hello, |
Hi David, Currently, Event Espresso isn’t a good fit if most of your registrations are at the door. This is because payments can’t be processed through the WP dashboard. You would need to process the payment using a solution like PayPal here, Square, Quickbooks mobile payments, or another onsite card processor. Please vote for this option here: https://trello.com/c/SoNUWMz9/72-add-on-box-office-credit-card-reader The My Events option is available through the WP user integration add-on which uses customizable templates. You could remove and add information: https://eventespresso.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/my-events-expanded-2.gif The registrations CSV report option will return the information that you mentioned and more. It could then be edited further using a tool like Google Sheets, Numbers, Excel, etc. — |

That sounds good. |
If a single ticket purchase is 1 hour then you can alter the phrasing to suit, if not then you’ll need to modify the output and either calculate the event hours using the datetime start/end values or store the value in the event meta an pull that in within the my event section. Either way will require modification to the my events templates.
Is this within the my events section or when the user tries to register? There isn’t a custom message displayed when the event is full, although there are hooks throughout EE4 so you can hook in an display custom messages yourself. |
