Manual Entry not working

Hi, When i attempt to manually enter a registrant, and click on Add tickets and continue to registrant details, it brings me back to the work press home page.
Is this a settings issue or program issue

That might be a server setting/security setting. Can you contact your host and ask them if that page is tripping a mod security rule and if it is, can they add an exception to that rule?
