Hey All –
I am using Event Espresso for tennis camp registrations for camps that happen in the Summer, Spring and Fall. A lot of the information is the same other than the dates and times obviously. My question is should I create new events and copy the camp information to the new events and set dates and times OR should I keep the events I already created and simply change the registration information for time/dates etc…

Any thoughts on the best way to do this?

Thanks!

Hello,

While you can add more datetimes and tickets to an existing event, you’ll see those prior students when you view the registrations overview list for a specific event or generate a registrations CSV report. That may be confusing as you host events across different seasons.

I would use the duplicate button to create similar events by season. It appears under the title of the event in the event editor. Then you would just need to update the name of the event and then the dates and costs (if applicable) and then publish.
