Hi, hoping someone can help me find the best way to around an issue i have!
I’d like a member who already has a booking for an event to be able to login, make a new booking for 2 or 3 other people on that event, and be able to enter names (and question group details) for those people.
Example; Jane makes a booking for herself and Sarah – pays £10pp. A day later she wants to make a new booking for other friends Terry, Toby and Tina (Jane is the organised person so wants to be the ‘lead person’ and make payments for her group)
Problem is:
When Jane logs in and selects three spaces (£30), the first attendee is auto populated with her name, so she naturally changes the first name to Terry and adds Toby and Tina as 2nd and third.
When she looks back at her first booking, the lead name has now changed to Terry because the first attendee is always her. This doesn’t work because we need the names (and question group details) for all five attendees
Hope this makes sense and all help appreciated!

Ignore this – figured out i cant use the default ‘Personal information’ Group – had to create a new Question group with ‘Attendee Name, Email’ and then collect that for the lead person as well as the personal details
