Major Issues Since Upgrading to EE4

We use EE4 now at the Paramount Theatre & Visual Arts Center (www.paramountarts.org).

Since upgrading, we’ve had a couple issues. We’re sad to see promo codes missing, mass exports missing and more. But right now, there’s some technical issues.

Some of our registrants aren’t able to pay for our classes. The fields are greyed out. Additionally, some say that their email address is rejected. We’ve had this happen to us, too.

Ideas?

Hi, the billing fields can’t be edited on your site. That is not the expected behavior and could be caused by a conflict with another plugin on your site.

Have you tried testing with only Event Espresso running and then reversing your steps by reactivating a few plugins at a time?

That should help you pinpoint the source of the conflict.
