MailChimp Plugin Not Authorized to Update

Am trying to update the MailChimp plugin for EE4 but keep getting error that I can’t run updates on multiple domains but it’s only installed on one domain.

Hi,

Your support license key was reset. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to reactivate it.

I followed the instructions but now there is a little red key beside the support license.
