Mailchimp plugin install failing

I just upgraded to the business version and saved the Mailchimp Plugin zip file however when I try to upload it – it is saying

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.

I have downloaded the file twice and made sure that it wasn’t unzipped before uploading. Any idea what’s the problem?
