Hello there, Is this a multisite installation? If so, Event Espresso doesn’t necessarily have Multisite support at this time. We are working on this. However, if this is a Multisite be sure not to network activate Event Espresso or any of the add-ons. |

Hi Jonathan, This is not a multisite installation. |
Hi Nuno, Has the database prefix for this site been changed recently? You may need to look in the database in the wp_options table for the events_mailchimp_event_rel_tbl and events_mailchimp_attendee_rel_tbl options and make sure that the option_value for those match the database table prefix that your site is using. |

Hi, Everything seems ok, but the prefix is sp_ but i have the 2 mailchimp related tables. what can i do more to solve this? thanks Nuno |
Have you looked in the sp_options table for the specific MailChimp options Josh referred to in his post above? |

Hi Chris, My sp_options does not mention mailchimp options thanks |
Hi Nuno, Your sp_options table will have many more pages of options that what is on the screenshot. The quickest way to find those is to do a search within the sp_options table, use the LIKE % search operator, and enter mailchimp into the option_name field. |
