Mailchimp is added from the list in the Event Overview, but it doesn’t appear to be adding to the list on Mailchimp. I see there’s been similar posts to this, but can’t see what the solution is.
I’ve done that, and re-tested, and it appears no emails are being sent from mailchimp to opt in, not in spam or junk folders. What’s the next thing to look at? Is it possible this it could be a server issue, if there’s too much security not allowing the triggers to work?
It appears to be working now prior to your reply, but thanks anyway. I don’t think the client had given me full admin access. Resolved now though.
