Mailchimp lists not showing in event edit window

When I originally set up the mailchimp plugin it worked as expected. I have it set up to collect the email addresses from event (class) registrants.

Now the only option I have in the drop down menu in the mailchimp list pane is “Do not send to Mailchimp”.

I’ve updated EE and the plugin, I’m running the latest version of WP. I tried resetting the api key, but it didn’t help.

I’m sorry if I posted this twice, it wasn’t clear to me if it posted or not.

Hi there Amanda,

I see that you shared that this was previously work but recently stopped working as expected.

First, is your software for Event Espresso up to date?

You can check to see if there are any updates through the WP plugins screen.

Next, have you recently installed any new plugins on your site?

If you are not sure, then what happens if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso and MailChimp? Do the lists then show in the MailChimp settings area of your event editor?

If it works as expected then another plugin may be interfering. Try reactivating a few plugins at once and then re-test. Then continue this process until the lists stop showing up.

Everything is up to date, and when I went back today to look at the problem, it had fixed itself.
