I’m having the same issue that I found on the support forum topic “MailChimp Integration Settings” posted on July 24, 2013, at 12:45 pm. I’ve set up MC integration and it is working as far as signing people up to our email list but when I tested it, I didn’t receive an opt-in or confirmation email regarding the e-news signup. I have double opt-in checked in the settings. I haven’t tried adding a group to MailChimp yet because I assume since that last support topic was from 2013 that bug would have been fixed. I also didn’t see anything saying that we need to create groups for the plugin to work. |

I see my email was added to Mailchimp but I still have not received an opt-in email. Unless it takes time for it to send? |

MailChimp fairly recently made changes t their API and we push an update for the MailChimp add-on to update the library we used when connecting to them to accommodate for those. Can you update to the latest version of the MailChimp add-on?

I updated the right before I ran the new test registration. I have been added to the list before but I unsubscribed myself before I registered for the last test event. |

IIRC that changes how MailChimp handle your subscription and they may not send the double opt in for it, although I could be wrong there. |

If that’s the case, how I can test it? I want to see what registrants are receiving. |

I deleted my email from Mailchimp and it’s not signing me up at all when I register. |

Can you do two test. Did it work if you Skip double opt-in emails.? Can you also confirm if you did set the mailchimp in your event page? thanks |
