Hi,
Everything was working fine, we had an integration where all event registrants were synced to the group on Mailchimp and from there we sent follow up emails.
Today when trying to create events for September and link them to the correct group on Mailchimp but we dont see the option on Event espress event creation like we did before , we can only add to a mailchimp list and not group within the list

Hi there,
With the latest version of the MailChimp add-on, you need to select the MailChimp list in the dropdown and you should see 2 additional sections loading, like so – https://monosnap.com/file/iTPrx2fzTry5hQeJPtLFJ30UkF1Uv8
After a few seconds, it should load the groups and questions, like so – https://monosnap.com/file/OGsSbW5pOCpy7ikyh1Fozzjysj5eCj
Based on your reply, I’m assuming that’s not happening on your site, so what do you see when you select a MailChimp list in the dropdown?

I don’t see that at all, i just see the list name but no groups are opening

There could be a few different reasons for that section to fail.
If there’s a JavaScript error being thrown on the event editor that will stop it working, or if there’s an error during the request sent to MailChimp.
Can I take a quick look in the admin to see if I can see any issues?
