Hi there,

We didn’t receive login credentials to investigate the problem on that site further.

If you log into your MailChimp Account, click on your name at the top right of the screen and go to Account.

Then Extras -> API Keys.

At the bottom of the page you’ll see a table of API calls, do they show green tickets or red Xs?
