Mailchimp and Primary vs Additional Registrants

I have event expresso events where each event is connected to a matching mailchimp group. However, not all the registrants are appearing in the mailchimp group. It seems that the problem is somehow related to primary vs additional registrants. The additional registrants to do not appear in mailchimp. And even more mysteriously, some of the users that purchased only a single ticket also don’t appear. Here is an example: http://www.rvtce.com/lectures/1701-procedures/ Thanks!

Hi there,

I can see that your version of Event Espresso is out of date. You currently have EE 4.8.9 installed, while the latest version is 4.9.26. It’s possible there was an issue in that particular version of EE4 or the MailChimp add-on you have installed. MailChimp updated their API recently, which we have accounted for in the latest version of our MailChimp add-on. So you might want to make sure you update to the latest versions of each (EE4 and MailChimp add-on) plugin.
