Hello
We have he latest EE4 and Mailchimp Add-on.
When we add an event in event espresso and then go to link the event to a group in Mailchimp using the add-on, not all groups we have for the relevant list show in the mailchimp list dropdown in event espresso. Hoping you can help.

Hi Joe,
Using one of those lists as an example, roughy how many groups do you have in it and how many actually show, please?

The list has about 60 groups, with 8 groups showing.

Hmm, strange really.
So I have a list with 15 groups categories, each with 3 groups and that loads fine.
The number of groups wont matter to Event Espresso itself but the MailChimp API request may be timing out before all 60 groups load. However, that doesn’t really explain why you see 8!
Do you have the groups set up not to show on the signup form?

I ended up fixing this by removing and then replacing alot of the groups within a group category. Not sure what happened there but worked 🙂

Strange! I can only guess the groups were set up to be hidden groups originally although they should still show if I recall correctly.
I’ll try recreating this but I’m glad you’ve found a solution.
